The
joy of welcoming
a new baby into the home can be illusive for busy couples in these stressful
times. In all the flurry of preparations, and decision making this retreat
invites you to stop, breathe and
take time for 'inner nesting'
- to prepare your hearts and minds for the life-changing transition
into parenthood!
In this one day retreat for expecting couples, you'll have plenty of time
to connect with each other and to your baby in ways that will make your
transition smoother as well as more fun and fulfilling. Much of the day
will be structured for the two of you to reflect together on your vision
for your family and your new life together as parents. You'll leave this
day with simple tools for navigating the path of parenting with mindfulness
and love.
At this retreat you'll learn;
- mindfulness practice for labor
- tools for mindful parenting
- simple relaxing exercises for attuning to each other and your baby
- to create your parenting vows of intention
- couples massage techniques
- mindful communication skills for healthy families.

*Deposit is refundable up until 7 days prior to the retreat day. After
that time your deposit is non- refundable.
